A new rule was passed at the Live Oak County Fair Association Board meeting this week that will affect anyone that made the auction at the Live Oak County Fair.

“If thank you letters are not received by July 31, year of the auction, to the advisor, the auction check will be voided, and funds will be restricted for use by the coop at the next auction.”

So, make sure you get your thank you cards competed in a timely manner and turned in. This is for 4-H, FFA & FCCLA. This pertains to ALL exhibitors that sold animals, rosette winning baked items, or shop projects.
